This chain won't rust outdoors near the ocean so I use it to hang planter baskets, bird feeders, decorative lights and all of the other things that I hand outdoors that just hangs there and rusts away.

It is Jack Chain so it is relatively easy to open a link with slip joint pliers and a pair of needle nose pliers. The link closes up and the chain is like new.
