We purchased this from FaucetDirect.com for our new home. It was installed in the mudroom for the laundry sink. It's heavy and feels well made. The chrome is also a quality finish. A year later it began dripping and the handles felt a little squishy when closing. This faucet has a lifetime warranty on the cartridges so I called Chicago and gladly sent me the newer ceramic cartridges free of charge. I installed them this evening and they work great. Ceramic cartridges give a positive stop in the open and closed positions and are supposed to last much longer (if not indefinitely) than rubber gasket type cartridges. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind spending a little more for a quality faucet.
