Wesco Series 156 Industrial Hand Truck Review

This is a review for the Wesco 156-Z2 hand truck. This model has the curved back handle and the hard rubber 10" tires. The cart is VERY sturdy and has already moved a very heavy wood stove, a large slab of marble and a large load of porcelain tile. The cart felt well up to the task of lifting and moving these items and was very easy to maneuver. The tires are hard rubber so they won't go flat or soft after sitting for several months and they roll well across the grass and a gravel driveway. I also purchased the FN-24K nose extension and this woks very well for carrying bulky items or large boxes but it is not intended for heavy items. I have lighter duty carts at work but knew they would not be up to the task of moving the above items. At this point (2009) the orange carts like this one are made in USA and the price was very close to a comperable imports. I did not purchase a stair climber option but have since learned it might have helped in moving some of the heavy items down my front porch steps.
