Although this is an 'import', it's really pretty good for the price.I'll start with the negatives first, since they are minor. The machining on the base (when the table is sitting horizontally) is so-so. It is a bit rough, but surprisingly doesn't affect how flat and accurate the table sits. The little locking levers feel a little flimsy when in the Unlocked position (but are ok when in the locked position). The paint... well it's not a Ferrari (but you're not buying it for looks, right?). The small adjustable reference indicator has a cheap feel, and isn't terribly useful.
Ok now the good. The table surface has a very good finish. Actually most everything else has a very good finish too, from the handle to the adjustment knobs. The MT taper hole is accurate. Table turns very smoothly, both with the hand wheel and when unlocked. Out of the box, there was minimal backlash, about 1 mark on the dial, or 1 minute of angle. Markings / numbers are clear and easy to read. I measured the accuracy of the table - flatness, parallelism, etc. and it was about half of what's listed, which is great. Unit is shipped in a burly crate - no damage during transit! Machining on 'side' base (when table is vertical) is very good. Comes with 3 chunky hold down clamps. In practical use, the table is rigid enough for most light/medium duty machining. I had no vibration issues.
A couple of things to note. The hand wheel hangs lower than the bottom of the unit - watch out for this when mounting it. Also, the T-slots are kind of odd... they are listed as 7/16 (and work ok with that size), but are ALMOST 1/2". The 'big end' of the slot (sorry for the non-technical term) is huge, so the standard 7/16 tee nut kind of bobbles around in it, although it does work ok. If you were to mill out the top of the T slot just a hair, you would have 1/2" T slots. I though that was weird.
